CITY FLAG

The flag, another of the city's symbols, is used at official city-wide occasions as a decoration for the city and the places that represent it. During the year it is also placed on buildings where the City Mayor has an office, at City Hall and at the city police department. The flag consists of five equally wide lengthwise stripes of yellow, white, green, white and yellow. The city flag has a V-shaped cut at the fly, reaching one-third of the flag's length.
