Memorial to those who fell in the Slovak National Uprising
This monument also dominates Námestia Slobody. It was created at the beginning of the 1950’s by the architect Štefan Lukačovič and the academic sculptor Rudolf Pribiš, in honour of the partisans who fought during the Second World War and those who participated in the Slovak National Uprising.
